Return & Refund Policy

AuraKnit supports standardized return and refund services to protect every customer’s shopping rights. All return applications must comply with the following rules:

Return Time & Qualification: Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days after receiving the package. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and complete packaging, and keep perfect resale condition.

Non-Returnable Situations: Returns will not be accepted if items are worn, washed, stained, artificially damaged, missing tags or original packaging, or damaged due to improper personal use and storage.

Defective & Wrong Item Processing: If you receive damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products, please contact our official email within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence. We offer free return, exchange or full refund after official verification.

Return Shipping Fee: For personal reason returns (size mismatch, personal dislike, unnecessary purchase), the return shipping fee is borne by the customer. For quality problems or our delivery errors, the return shipping fee will be covered by AuraKnit.

Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned items and confirm they meet return standards, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The actual arrival time depends on the settlement rules of your payment platform.
