Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed, quality-checked and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Coverage: We provide shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide. Available shipping options and freight fees are subject to the actual settlement page of your order.

Estimated Delivery Time: Standard international delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on destination location, local logistics efficiency and customs clearance progress. Remote areas may require longer delivery cycles.

Logistics Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide an official tracking number. You can check real-time delivery status through the logistics official website.

Customs & Duties: International orders may generate local import taxes, customs duties or handling fees. All additional fees are borne by the customer in accordance with local regulations. AuraKnit is not responsible for customs-related extra charges.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for shipping delays or losses caused by uncontrollable factors including bad weather, customs inspection, logistics suspension and other force majeure situations. We will actively assist customers in tracking and solving problems.
